Basic Service
One-Time Treatment: This service is for those occasional needs for treatment like Wasp Remove
Initial Clean-out plus Follow-up treatments: This service is for infestations like Ants, Cockroaches, Mice/Rats, Bug bugs and Others
Residential Quarterly/Seasonal Preventive Pest Management
Preventive Pest Maintenance is not for active infestations. This service is design to keep pest from invading your living space.
Your treatment emphasis is heavy on outside treatment with spot treatment inside. It includes spider web removal, ant treatment and other crawling insects normally found around your foundation.
Exterior windows & doors are treated, perimeter granules treatment, Liquid treatment up exterior foundation wall 3 feet and 20 feet out, fog crawl space.
NO Contract
You get an email & text a few day before appointment that let you confirmd appointment. If you confirm…we come out an do your service.
For the frist service we like to do both inside & outside. After that, it you want the inside treated…someone should be home.
If you don’t confirm, we don’t do the service and there is no cost. If you don’t get a service in 1 year, we remove you from list, but you can start again at any time.
